Extremely poor communication and completely unprofessional. I chased up enquiries I had sent via email by phone was given quotes only to be told the next day that quote no longer applied. Yet this was not expressed in the conversation that the quote was subject to that day only. I would not recommend dealing with this business.

2021 I was not sure which wood to buy. They gave good advice relevant to my firebox size and house size. Was very happy with the result. Price was good and wood was dry and burned well.

We have had wood from John for a few years as it has been of a good quality. We have always bought gum & pine separately from him as we have two wood sheds and an open fire which spits if the gum gets put on accidentally.We had stocked the pine shed, from him, mid to late winter & then hardly used any.My wife asked for 4m3 of gum in early December 2017. She was advised by John not to get it until mid January as it needed to dry a little more after all the rain & because it was going straight into a wood shed.She has contacted them every week since, speaking to John 3 times when he was out driving & a lady the other times. Each time she was told he would ring back.She spoke to a lady on Friday who said John was not going to sell it to us as he was only selling gum in a mixed load. This could have been said in January if he had bothered to ring so no communication & no good customer relations. My wife txt him before this was posted stating the above & the one word reply was thanks"!Needless to say we will not be getting wood from him again."

Always get friendly fast service from the moment you arrive to the time you leave! Great staff all-round!
