Store is clean, busy when l was there, look around as it was my first time in that store, not my usual area to shop but since I was there got a few groceries shopping, shelves were full even on a busy day also the delicious display on the fresh food departments were good

Was a frequent customer out of convenience but was randomly pulled up at the self checkout by security after years without issue when I'd done nothing wrong. Was then followed into the carpark just to reaffirm I hadn't done anything wrong. Will be avoiding in the future, getting checked is understandable, getting called out at in the car park is embarrassing when you're not at fault.

New World is a remarkable supermarket that has earned my highest praise. The store is impeccably clean, showcasing their commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment. The variety and quality of their meat and deli offerings are exceptional, satisfying even the most discerning palates. The well-organized shelves make shopping a breeze, ensuring that everything is easy to find. The checkout process is efficient, minimizing wait times. Ample parking facilities make visiting a hassle-free experience. Their produce section boasts fresh and vibrant selections. The recently renovated building enhances the overall shopping experience, providing a modern and welcoming atmosphere. New World truly caters to the needs of every family, offering a wide range of products and a friendly ambiance. It's a supermarket I highly recommend, where shopping becomes a pleasure.

Always a good experience. The most important thing here that attracts me is the bakery. Love buying all baked goodies. So attractive to me. The prices and rates are great too. Value stuff is so much affordable. I got my groceries delivered. Sometimes, I just head off to the place

I recently did a positive feedback for New World Papatoetoe but after my survey wldhve changed one feedbackAfter shopping hours after doing survey went to buy a couple of items eg.6 eggs. Usual on shelf. At 82 and alone all that was offerered was stacks at $11-12 dozen eggs. Cannot.afford and disgusted.O n qsts reply thats what they sendDISGUSTING !!!

Good store with good variety. Liked their hot foods in deli area. Tried some fries.. but they were overcooked and I could tell they were leftovers from previous day re-cooked which made it feel like eating crispies. Overall a good supermarket.

Clean and tidy at the time of my visit. Seems well taken care of in Papatoetoe too. Experience is better if compared to Pak n Save as usually is. Of course it is a bit expensive than Pak n Save as everyone knows..

My dad is a regular shopper here and recently told me about his bad experience that happened and it embarrassed him that he will never come back again! Purchased some peanut chocolate bars at check out then put them into his pocket, upon leaving the store the security guy came out to tell him he didn’t pay for it and was taken back in store, questioned, showed id and filled out form saying he is banned for 2 yrs (in front my my younger brother) even after asking the Indian lady at checkout saying she doesn’t remember, anyway he found receipt somewhere in the trolley outside. No big apology or any sympathy towards my dad! Should be ashamed! I will never go back due to rude stuff too and will tell this experience to all my friends and family. #stayclearfromnewworldpapatoetoe

I’ve never really had an issue with this place. I come in and get what I want and leave, but I recently purchased four cans of chop-chop chicken, and I found glass in them CERAMIC GLASS. This issue is in no way the store's fault more of a warning to anyone purchasing canned goods
