The food was well presented, the poached eggs cooked perfectly, but what is it that when you ask for toast, it's just warm bread- and ask for crispy bacon and it arrives barely cooked, that's a real disappointment. However, I will go again just to see if it's second time lucky. The hostess did wear an incredible bright green CK top, great fashion and well presented.

Recently visited and ate brunch with a flat white, was busy but managed to get a table which needed clearing of dirty dishes but these were quickly removed by a staff member whom I complimented that it was good to see that the dishes were promptly removed.I noticed this was the case with other patrons too, used dishes promptly removed and tables wiped.The food and coffee was very tasty and arrived promptly and well presented and staff were friendly so highly recommend and we'll be back again

Absolutely loved the Peach Smoothie". I get nervous about how smoothies will be as ive tried a fair few but this was amazing! Lots of seats available

It was all a little too frantic. The food quality was decent but presentation poor.Hygiene was poor, with tables uncleared and bird droppings on the back of chairs.They really need to up their game or they'll be closing up soon.

Great experience. I was pleasantly surprised by my fish and chips when it arrived. A different presentation style and the chips were different too. You need to experience it for yourselves to know what I mean. The meal was just what I needed and the owner was customer focused which equals Success!Thanks for the great service. Will be back.

You should never trust a reviewer profile with only 1 or 2 nastily unbalanced reviews. They are not real reviewers, and usually are fake profiles to mask their real names, keyboard nutjobs quite simply.This place is good. Coffee is good, service is good, been in there many times over the years whether it's changed hands or not I don't know. I thought the afternoons are the best time to go when it's quietened down a bit. Definitely stop in if you are down on that level of the mall. A nice stop in after a afternoon of staring at things you don't want to buy and you need a recharge.UPDATED Sep 2019 - Bit shady coffee & the press kai, disappointing I'd not been here in a while thought to drop in. Unfortunately downed to a 3 but I am hoping on next visit it's going back up again. Cheer up crew, yes afternoons after dealing with people all day is hard, but so too is shopping and one kind of expects a radiance of happiness for their dollar when stopping in for a refreshment & filler. Cheers.PROS - Everything in front of you, hot food, sweets, coffee, cold drinks, has seating and easily accessible from the front doors.CONS - The sun can cook you a bit in the afternoon, just move further down to the back if you don't like it.

Attracted by the atmosphere and location. It's right at one of the entrances from carpark. Coffee is not up to standard. The wrap was over toasted. May be because of busy and lack of staff.

Very average, leaning on disappointing lunch. Mac n cheese was nuked in the microwave to the point where it was still bubbling 3 mins after we received it. Could almost hear it humming. Extremely oily and pretty much inedible as you reached the bottom. I could practically feel my arteries constricting as I ate every oily bite. Breakfast special was mushrooms, hash brown and two eggs for $10. I asked if it came with bread (I assumed so but just wanted to check) and the cashier said yes. When I received my meal, there was no bread on the plate. I requested some bread and the waitstaff happily toasted a couple of pieces of value brand white bread. The place just feels a bit dated and while the staff are pleasant, they don’t seem to be excited to be working.

Second time visiting after bad first time food experience a few months ago. Ordered a chicken burger. $16 couldn't get past the first bite. Chicken patty is very thin, rubbery, and definitely not fresh or recognizable chicken. They should definitely take it off the menu. Service and shop itself is good.

Ordered eggs benny on hash browns. Took 40 mins to come out. Eggs were like bullets, hash brown cold, sauce awful and some balsamic reduction all over the plate with some dried herb stuff thrown up on it. It tasted dreadful. Only redeeming thing was the coffee...do not try the food!
