Easy peasy. Had already seen the car I wanted on Trademe. I showed up, went for a test drive, and got it. Unfortunately, they didn't have registration papers there and I couldn't take the car home right there and then. The team was great and easy to deal with.

They do not have any care about customers for after sale services and while they sell their vehicles there is alot of dodge they change minor things that a buyer doesn’t care about firstly because of cheap car but they have wrong spare wheel in my car its saturday evening and no help is reaching out to me on desert road i feels like have to sleep on desert road untill monday morning the tyres they fitted in my car didnt last for atleast 6 months and after i called them i just got afew excuses full of frustration on their chinese voice that don’t know how actually to speak proper english i am really feeling helpless as i have nothing to do with it right now if you want to buy a right car and no after sales trouble then please don’t hop in to any of the 2 cheap cars store writing the review as all my hopes are up untill monday morning

Head office couldn't provide the Auction Grade sheet for the vehicle we were interested in which was very poor. But 5 stars for the amazing customer service of BARON. He went above and beyond to be helpful and to make what could have been a bad experience a very good one. We came away in the end with a different car that did have an auction grade sheet.

Totally rubbish,I bought Toyota aqua yesterday but this is accidental car and under the staring lots of mark and one big crack.they panted the car and when we start car its engine noise very different by other aqua carsI wanna give them -5 start,and tell everyone to go there coz they are giving rubbish stuff

really disappoint with this shop, especially the customer service is really bad, they give me the feeling that they do not care you buy or not, if you really want to buy, I suggest you try to other store

Poor customer service. Not enough petrol to reach home or to the station. They did not clean the car. Guliver gave us full tank complimentary service with a bouquet. Not recommended, find other options.

I spent 17 thousand on a car, drive for three weeks. the motor belt broken a part on the highway ,they refused to refund. Find out from car jam that they sold me a customer returned car without repair. What a rubbish company. They even have a whole team to deal with this “customer trouble”. They are not afraid to go to court.
