Purchased a pair of Boots 3 weeks ago and the heels were coming off. Morgan was very helpful and replaced the Boots without question made the whole experience stress free!!! Was great to not have to be inconvenienced in anyway. Will definitely buy from the Albany store for all my footwear requirements in the future

Went to buy some shoes for my partner for his birthday and the store manager on at 11am on Sunday 23rd of April did not say a word to me when I was standing at the counter and she was behind the desk and then she refused to give me a gift receipt. I asked before the purchase if a gift receipt was possible and she said yes. Then I saw her put the receipt inside the box with the price on and asked if that was the gift Receipt and she said yes. Then I asked if I could have a gift receipt cause that receipt had the price on and she said no they do not do that and you need an account for the exchange of an item. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful the entire time and I am gutted as I have spent a lot of money here in the past and have never had such a bad experience like this before.

Ordered online.Shoes come scuffed. They weren't new so had to take them back.Avoid Hannah's/number one shoes.Like anything else in new Zealand they think it's acceptable to trade 2nds as new.

Never seen such a poor service. The staff worked on 31st July is super rude. While I was waiting for somebody to service me, nobody cared, untill another client reminded her, and she even blamed me that I should call her?! How I know she is still in service with another client or not? Worst service ever

Good prompt service and they had stock of the sizes of the shoes I wanted. Could do with a larger store and more seats to try shoes on

The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. We come here for all out kids shoes as they stock Clarks and Chipmunks which are good quality at a great price. Also love their Buy One Get One Half Price on these quality shoes. They are very patient when I bring the kids in who can be fussy and like to try lots of different styles and the staff are always lovely to them and don't mind.

Very shocking customer service the girl was working late night on Friday 21 April. The girls was rude and was not understanding.
