I am very not happy, I came to wash my sleeping bag I was pretty not sure because I know how it's pretty hard to do care about it with goose down and I ask them if they were sure to be able to clean my sleeping bag with they the right product they answer me don't worry it's usual for us, we will take care.I got my sleeping bag just before a camping and I was almost crying because my expensive sleeping bag was ruined no more insulated a bit humid so the next day i come back to complaint and they make me wait 3 days later to meet the boss.He tooks my sleeping bag and just say oh he miss some dryer. So he put it on the dryer, after my sleeping bag was warm for sure but I ask him if it was all good and he told me yes so I left...My next camping was not anymore insulated and they didnt do well with my stuff, they didn't take any responsibility for that !!! I am very disappointed and just tell you don't give them your stuff there is no guarantee...

Inconsiderate staff. Every Special Cleaning car is either double-parked or blocking footpaths. Terrible look for your business.
