Waiheke Limousines

Last weekend we hired a Wine Tour on Waiheke Island with this Classic Convertible Limo was amazing sunny and beautiful, the driver was excellent and Wineries selection was very good, thank you. Definitely recommend.

Be careful when booking with this guy. I booked a limo and BMW and he only turned up with just the limo on my wedding day. Does 2 trips with the limo and we were meant to get a BMW from the ceremony to our reception. Well, this didn't happen and had to cram the whole bridal party into the 1 limo. He also booked himself for another wedding that day so we had no choice to rush and all fit into the 1 limo.I called to ask for a refund for the difference of not getting the extra BMW and hasn't returned my emails or calls. Tried to blame our wedding planner but she confirmed she did not advise him to provide one limo. We paid for 2 drivers and 2 cars and only got one. He still hasn't paid the difference.Very disappointing!Editing to reply to your message:Your exact words on the day was your wedding planner said it was ok to use the Limo only" I checked with her and she had no recollection of this (all in writing by the way) and we had the whole bridal their to witness that. I would not use, terrible customer service, quite short and rude emails too
