Envirowaste you are useless!!!! Yet again rubbish bags not picked up in Ngahinepouri.

This place is closed for reno. Would have been really helpful if they updated their hours on google and put a notice to go to the old centre at 60 Lincoln street

Katherine bearly answers her phone & when you do leave a message, noone call's you back. Bloody useless

Poor service, never answer the phone and I’ve waited over a week for bins to be collected. No one cares.

Rubbish in two subdivisions not picked up , 3 days still sitting outside

Our area pickup is Thursday, told to have it waiting by 7am. The pickup is never on time and sometimes it won't even get picked up for 5 days which is ridiculous. I got 5 days of rubbish and no bin because its still is waiting on the roadside to be picked up.Did ring them up and got told its due to an increase in rubbish. Or maybe its just neglect!I see my neighbors get picked up without fail every Monday by Waste Management or a Tuesday on a public holiday week.

I ordered a wheelie bin on the 11th January and got an email stating it was confirmed on the 16th saying the bin was dropped off on the 13th.. no wheelie bin and after calling them. They confirmed they didn't drop it off and gave me every excuse for a few weeks to why they couldn't drop it off. From a sick truck driver. To a flat tyre on the truck.After lots of backwards and forwards they finally said they would refund me and was told it would take upto 2 weeks. Well that was on the 14th February. And still nothing. So 3rd march I rang again just to find out they never processed my refund at all. And done it again on the 3rd march. It's been 10days and I'm still waiting for a refund. Don't deal with this company unless you just wanna lose money

Seriously unprofessional & too lazy to simply answer phone or return multiple messages. If you're lucky you may get a call back from callcentre employee who know nothing only to transfer you to someone else who cant answer simple question then transfered to manager who never gets back to potential customers Zz Circus

Not website notification or I formation that Sunshine Ave site is actually closed. Still states opening hours. Price increases not justified for the service.
