Purchased a Vietnamese salad yesterday that had no salt & pepper, no Vietnamese dressing but instead a plain vinegar dressing and no mint or coriander. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money as half the main ingredients were left out but they added so much salad leaves that it was almost inedible. Staff were also super slow

Great smoothies, as always, but takes sooooo long! Only one poor lady running the whole shop, and struggling to manage all the orders. Waited 15-20 mins for a smoothie

Place is a joke, been here twice now. The first time the staff didn’t even say hello back or even speak to me and looked miserable from opening the doors. The second time was tonight and they closed the doors at 4.45pm when it’s supposed to close at 5pm while she was sitting in her phone. I wasted my time driving up here, if you have business hours on your website then perhaps stick to them and don’t waste people’s time.

My favourite place to stop enroute home for a healthy and refreshing drink. They have just introduced a number of new drinks to their already wide range of drinks. There's always parking here, and I found the staff to be very friendly.

Can you please follow recipes when you make drink ?Everytime I bought tank from your place taste so bad comparison with other tank branches I drink tank almost every day but your tank convenient to parking but test super bad . I have to drive more far to buy tank from other shop . Same brand but very different test not just one time every time when I bought your drink . Food it's okay. Every tank shop test so stable but not your shop please follow the recipes to make drink .

Really yum food. Some of the smoothies and smoothie bowl did surprise me as they had some pretty high sugar content from the fruits, but still a healthier takeaway option than other things. Just something to be aware of.

Great food and smoothies but in lockdown orders take ages. There is 1 poor guy doing his best to handle the lunch rush. I thought it was an exception but it seems like the place is consistently understaffed in lockdown. This time they took two seperate orders from us for lunch only to find out on arrival that there is no avo. The salad is called guacamole greens" what is it without avo. Seems shady to take money when you know you dont have ripe avo."

Was disappointed yet again - the lady at the counter who I see every time at lunch hours is pretty rude. Offers zero customer service- my first bad experience was when I had requetsed her to make my smoothie without ice or replace ice with water. She replied rudely that they cannot make any changes to the recipe and it has to be made with ice. Today I got the Thai chicken salad but it had no pesto in it- the salad lacked flavor completely. If there was another branch of tank near my office, I would certainly not come back here again

Management team is very bad. They never appreciate staffs for their good work. Always create pressure and do not ask staffs before creating roasters. HR department is irresponsible. Almost every time I see people are working alone during busy time and Im not sure how they get good rating from council. Do they get notified before visiting?????Area Manager Jenny/Jeni doesn’t even know any single thing about employees. Such a shame!!!! She doesn’t know store employees????? Forcing employees to work illegally.What is HR doing about it!!!! Anything? Nothing I am 100% sure that HR ALSO INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER.

This Tank is always understaffed and there is one particular person who doesn’t say anything to you the whole time from placing your order to collecting your drink.Too often there is only one staff member working. It’s always a long wait, especially if you walk in while they are already making an order. Three people in line and the whole place falls over.Today only one on, and the poor person was new, struggling to take orders and follow the guide to make our drinks. If I could rate a zero, I would, but 1 star is the lowest you can rate. After today, I won't be returning. I hope the franchise invests more care in their employees.
