I am completely in love with my new haircut! They really knew what they were doing when I came in with no idea on what I even wanted. Hannah took time to really help me decide on a cut and talked me through every single step. I am more than happy with how my appointment went and I’ll definitely be back in the future! Thank you ❤️

I had my hair done by Britney yesterday and it looks amazing! I gave her a very brief description of what I was after and she nailed it!Loved the whole experience here and have already booked my next appointment for just before my wedding.

Took my teen daughter for a haircut, she had plenty of photos to show the style she wanted, she left with nothing like the photos, the hairdresser spent more time on wash, pamper and style than actually listening to her client in regards to her cut. Her bangs were cut terribly short in comparison to the long bangs in her photos, the layers are not soft and blended but rather choppy and square. my girl was in tears by the time we got to the car. She left with a ridiculously over styled (blow-out and curled) it waa hard to even see the new cut. I realise Alchemy prides themselves in delivering the whole experience, but surely its of utmost importance to make sure the initial cut is correct.

I had a botanical facial, wow what an experience it was so relaxing. Scout was the beauty therapist who provided facial, she was very professional & ensured that products used were appropriate for my skin. I left feeling pampered and would recommend Alchemy & I to anyone wanting a “pick me up”
