Big Save Furniture

Had a really great experience in both stores in Tauranga.Neither salespersons were pushy and were both helpful and friendly.Way better experience than the other stores nearby.Our couch is made to order, so now waiting on delivery.

We went initially to the big save furniture branch in Fraser cove. We did not had an happy experience. We were in talks about selecting the couches and looking at prices for extra additions and the lady (operational manager as she mentioned) was trying to help. We never felt that she is polite or helping but had a blunt attitude and we felt was rude. After this experience all we did was to move out of the store rather than keep looking.After this dissatisfaction, we walked down to mount branch for big save furniture. Priya helped us with looking around and was very polite and helpfull. We really had an awesome experience and because of her I think we select the best couches for our place.This is our first house and we have deep emotions with everything we select for our place to call it home. The way previous lady helped was very dissatisfying and on contrary priya was simply awesome. I will always be happy to re visit just because of an awesome customer service received.Thanks

Friendly and helpful staff

I bought the Milly bed frame and it is not a good product, however Priya has been amazing in trying to solve the problem and did a great job assisting me through the warranty process.Would not recommend this product but very pleased with the support I received.

Big thanks to Store Manager Pramila BK at Mount Maunganui store for excellent customer service and giving her time to our all queries. Dealing was really good and had good deals on all furniture we purchased and had good saving. Thanks once again.

We were greeted by staff member Navi who was very polite and friendly, with a good knowledge of the various beds we looked at. We were able to browse without interference or pressure. It's a great furniture store.

It was the case of the Queen bed that never existed with place. I expected far better service from a place like Big Save. I paid for a bed at the end of August, with an expected delivery time of 2-4 weeks...cut to October and still no bed. I never received any updates from the team, and anytime I called asking where it's at, each different staff member I got, didn't seem to have a clue where it was! I decided I had enough of being stuffed around waiting for a bed that got lost in translation and asked for a refund. This in itself took 7 days just to get my money back! Shocking customer service!

Generally satisfied with this store. We ordered couches and had a long wait (about 6 weeks) before wrong designed arrived. Due to misunderstanding they ordered different style couches. I emailed them straight away and called and they said will review my request and call me back. After over a week of silence I called them again and manager finally answered that they will replace couches within next 4 weeks. New couches arrived in a month and I was happy eventually to get my couches which I wanted after two and a half months. Quality was good on both couches sets.

Sales rep greeted me on entry she was friendly and funny. I knew what I was in there for and wasnt upsold anything unnecessary. Great experience.
