HIGHLY recommend Dylan at WCTNZ. Dylan and the team are WCTNZ could not be more helpful with great advice and thoughtful service. I bought a Bambooloo for a rental cabin with some trepidation, but its been perfect and doesn't smell at all. Nice people, good products.

Extremely disappointed that it has been over 1 month since we paid for our composting toilet which still has not been delivered! Every time we call to inquire, the owner keeps losing our invoice. Although he promised it had been sent to us, he later said that it is still at the workshop waiting to be dispatched. We have had to now ask for a refund due to poor standards of customer service. We hope it doesn’t take another month to get our money back. Be warned!
