My partner and I bought matching e bikes from Axel Sandgren @ Electrify NZ in Victoria Park. Yep we are one of those couples with matching bikes .... so not cool! But actually really cool because these e bikes are a complete life changer and our car has been sitting idle as we ride to work, to do our shopping, to the gym. Fun, freedom and a little fitness on beautiful German technology.A big shout out to Axel who we first met at the E Bike show in the cloud last year. He understood what we needed in and around what we thought we wanted and we ended up with the perfect bikes for us. The sale spanned three months and involved questions back and forth, test rides and conversations until we new enough to feel confident to pull out our credit card and ride off into the sunset. My first ever purchase of an electric bike! The staff were friendly and helpful and talked me through, what I needed to do, when I took a Black bike out for a trial run. I was sold on it! Does everything I want out of a bike. Electric is the way to go..............So much to see and explore around Auckland. Thanx guys, will be back for my 6 week service........

Excellent personalized service.My bike fits me.Allowed to try out different ebikes. Chose a gerbida Berig. Put on a jelly seat. Changed handle bars.... all part of the service. Go here to get uour ebike.

The staff acknowledged me when I walked through the door and were extremely helpful without being pushy. The sales person was able to answer all my questions. The test ride was also not a problem and I was encouraged to take all the time I needed. There was only 5 days between paying the deposit and delivery and after a very thorough briefing I was happily on my way with my brand new bike.
