Sooo many things here I couldn't believe in, in almost every category!! I had so much fun looking around, I could spend HOURS in here!! There's so much good stuff that I'll be back to buy more!!

Unfortunately I can't give 0 star. If you are looking for rubbish this is the place you need to go to. I have purchased a balloon stand from here, it says the size on the cover, but it also has a MISSLEADING picture with heaps of balloons on that picture. I went back today for return, and been told I can't return the balloon stand because the return policy was 7 days. I have explained to the man that it is not right to put a missleading picture on the cover which never holds that many balloons, he argued it can be, and refused to return this stand for me with a totally terrible attitude. It's not about 10 dollars I wanted back, it's only about to remove these trash off New Zealand market. I have attached a photo for audiences to check the balloon stand.

The helium filled balloons bought from this shop lasts less than a day. If you're planning to buy for a birthday party a day before the time, you will be very disappointed. Few hours later they lying on the floor. We bought similar helium filled balloons from a different supplier before, and they lasted more than 4 days, same size, same type. We paid $18 for 6 helium filled balloons from this shop.

Absolutely love the variety in the store. I could have spent a couple of hours rummaging through all your goods. Can't wait to shop there again.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased a few items for my daughters birthday party and asked at the counter if I don't use these

Really disappointing they wouldn't give us a refund for two costumes that had not been worn. The costumes claim that one size fits most but they did not fit either me (I'm a standard 12) or my partner, who wheres a M mens. They fit like a tight top, rather than the dress length advertised. We had bought other items here and have previously supported this business. Unfortunately wont be choosing to shop here again.
