Cool rooftop bar overlooking QT Bay. Awesome cocktails & drinks, normally has a cool DJ. Just surprises me that people are allowed to smoke up there when the roof louvers are closed & the sides screens are enclosed too (& there are only a small openings to the sides), feels like this is fully enclosed & so foul how people can smoke up there!

Love my time up at Sundeck - have been coming here for years. Bar staff are really welcoming and friendly - Danny and Jiana always look after me. Best views in town and definitely one of my favourite bars!

We wer at Atiqua, which is a part of Sundeck but 1 level below.. the 3 cheese fondue was amazing, though the portion was very small.. just enough for 1 person.. ita just like an appetiser..the vegetarian platter promised vegetables but did not really have any actual vegetables.. though it did have some really good bruchetta and lots of cheeses along with some tummy pestos and other accompaniments..You will get good service till 8:30pm.. after that i can say that the place is highly under-staffed, once there are more than 3 tables occupied..The live singer added to some good ambience, but overall the place seemed very noisy even with very few people..Overall i would recommend to visit for the cheese fondue..

Awesome place for a drink and enjoy the sunset with friends, incredible mountain and lake views and everyday there is one of Queenstown best Dj's playing on deck.Good variety of cocktails and gins.

We visited in 2017 and had a fabulous experience. We are back in 2023 and took friends to share what a good time we had. So disappointed, the staff were very disinterested and the choices of beverage and atmosphere were just lacking.

The views are great and we found the staff were really helpful with drink choices. It gets busy and unfortunately it's with the type of self opinionated, self loving, validation seeking insta wannabees! All pouting whilst taking selfies galore and looking others up and down in the usual higher than mighty judgemental way.Go there for 15 minutes and watch them, you'll see.Shame as the drinks are good but the clientele are the people we try to avoid online, let alone in real life!
