Latitude Homes - Central Otago

My partner and I have recently completed our first home build with Latitude Homes in Lake Hawea. From the very beginning, Willi and the team looked after us and helped to bring our dream home to life. As first-home buyers we were determined to stick to our tight budget however this didn't stop the Latitude team from helping to still created a beautiful space with all our needs and wants. We were lucky enough to move into our house before schedule and our finished house came in exactly on budget. The process from the planning through to construction was seamless and enjoyable. Thanks, Latitude for a stress-free and fun first-home experience. We will definitely be back to build another dream home in the future.

Latitude Homes recently completed building our first home in Longview, Lake Hawea. We were both completely new to building & home ownership so we knew absolutely nothing from the start. Latitude were understanding & very helpful, they took our rough concept and turned it into a complete architectural plan. From there we received a very reasonable quote and proceeded to have our build completed in the coming 6ish months which was completed on time. I had a builder friend or two check out the structure during the build as well and they were impressed with the workmanship. Overall we had hardly any setbacks during a quick build, and the completed product is amazing, with fine quality & attention to detail. We're in love with our first home, thanks Latitude!

We have just moved into our brand new Latitude home and we just love it!!! Thank you to the Cromwell team - Jeremy, Devon, Cat and Maggie for all you have done in enabling us to create this amazing house we now call home. Easy, stress free, enjoyable and exciting are just a few of the words I would use to explain our experience with Latitude Homes Central Otago. Not only are the team at latitude professional, they are such a down to earth good bunch of people. From the day we went in for our first consult till the day they gave us the keys it felt like they truly cared about what we wanted and nothing was ever too much of an ask. We went in with a price and a home in mind. They did all they could to make it exactly what we wanted and to the price we could afford was no trouble at all. Not only did they absolutely nail what we were after they did it in a very short amount of time. I think it's fair to say, we would use Latitude Homes 100 x over. We got to build our amazing new family home and enjoyed every minute of the process. Thank you so much.
