Out dated, booked for 3 only serviced for 2, staff especially Toni was helpful, provided extra towels and kitchen supplies, pool was lovely

Photos of property very outdated. We stayed 1 night of a 5 night stay and had to find somewhere else for remaining 4 nights and also cancelled a future 5 night stay in the next week. Both of us were bitten by something in the bed. Bed base was broken and being held together with cables ties. Having said that the staff were friendly and very apologetic and gave us a complete refund.

We were given a spacious unit and it had separate kitchen. Taps in bathroom dripped; there were two heaters, one went. Some lightbulbs didn't work. Shower was low pressure. Cobwebs in ceiling. All these can be rectified but in general the place looks rundown. Location good and we got the morning sun.

Very friendly, welcoming team. Comfy bedding. Dated room, in need of major renovation. Shower water very slow to heat and drainage poor. Bathroom sink and toilet needs replacing.

The rooms are disgusting. We were greeted by a family of ants and cockroaches in the room. There was left over rubbish in the draws. The bathroom was not cleaned, shower had build up of grime. Did not stay ended up finding a new accommodation

No stars whatsoever! First we got a room that never matched the photos of the room we booked I went down & asked why and was told that the photos haven’t been updated, even tho the room we were in was way worse then the one we booked in the first place. They had cockroach traps lying around on the floor in the FAMILY room which my toddler had picked up and eaten! Had to take him to the hospital!! Wasn’t hidden just looked like a cardboard brochure on the ground so be careful those with kids , I don’t think there was a warning about them either! So I went and complained again and asked for a refund, yes he was apologetic and he gave me a refund but he did it in a way where I wouldn’t get it til 7-10 days later! Also while I was down there , other people were lining up about other complaints about there rooms so I would not recommend coming here!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Everything was old and absolutely filthy. The fridge was the noisiest thing I’ve ever heard - it sounded like a bear roaring in the room - and we had to turn it off after hours of not being able to sleep. Do not recommend whatsoever. Would go anywhere else.

Amazing place to stay! Went there for one day and one night and was treated with care and attention. The 3 options of pool (normal, mineral heated and private spa in each room) are awesome. The room was equipped with SKY and an HDMI cable as well. Thank you so much for the hospitality

Room was not as photographed, I’m pretty sure the pics used online were from many years ago. We had booked for five in a 2-bedroom and there were not enough cups, mugs or cutlery and the cooking utensils not really existent (not even a sharp knife). The pool was closed, showers were hit and miss, and the lounge was barely clean enough to sit on. The place needs major repairs and maintenance and you can tell none of that has occurred in a long time. The only reason for two stars is the bed was quite comfortable, staff really nice and sky TV worked well. But, that’s where it stops unfortunately.
