Never again. Got part of the job done and then didn't do the tie-downs even though he never said he wasn't gonna do it and it wasn't marked as an exclusion on the contract. Been to site at least 3 times and not once did he say he wasn't going to drill the old piles and do the tie-downs. He's a repiler and charged $4k to lift the floor 200mm. 1 1/2 days work at the most and walked away leaving blocks of wood free-floating so you could just pull them out. Won't pass council consent and he thought that was acceptable. Had to get another team in to do the work. Shoddy.
