Disappointed that they repaired a punctured tyre that needed replacing only 3 days later. Wasted my $40 for 3 days driving before it went flat again. I could have used that $40 towards the new tyre I bought elsewhere. I ain't rich! Lovely customer service skills but a bit of honesty would have been fair. I probably wont use be their services again.

Took the daughter's car to get two Tyre replacements. Their mechanic" sends a video to her of him checking her break fluid oil saying it's "contaminated" and that she has a leak. Noone asked for this "free check." scam. The WHOLE process to change two darn tyres was well over the 45 to an hour. The car was straight from a wof check so seems suspicious that the wof place only said replace a Tyre and didn't say she had an oil leak. Bloody kaka. Won't be back."

As per my WOF report filled out by qualified mechanics, I needed a pucture repair on my tyre for ONE nail puncture. Went to tonys tyres, and they tried to tell me I had TWO punctures, and that they would be unable to REPAIR the punctures, instead they recommended I completely REPLACE the tyre. I went to another tyre outfit in town, $35 and 15 minutes later I was back on my way to get my WOF finalized. Very disappointed in the service I was offered, and the attempt to upsell me into something I didnt need. Won't be returning to your business again, and will be informing friends and family to avoid this money-hungry company.

I was given a thorough consultation and had good communication with them. If any necessary changes were needed they would contact me quickly and gave me reasons why it had to be done. Overall very satisfied with my experience here. I would recommend this company
