Silver Birches Dental Centre

I want to express how fabulous my dentist, Marissa, was today. She explained what was going to happen in a calming, professional, supportive manner. I would recommend Marissa to anyone in need of dental treatment. My whole experience was positive. She was exceptional and caring. Thank you Marissa doing an excellent job fixing my tooth. It's the best dental experience I have encountered... I usually dread going to the dentist.

After the hell I went through as a child in the NZ dental nurse system, Fraser saved me. I will never forget how safe I felt going to him. And when I can't see him, the other people at Silver Birches are wonderful.

I have long had an aversion to dentists, to the point of causing anxiety whilst accompanying my daughters to the dentist let alone going myself, after a very bad experience as a child I have avoided them like the plague. However today after several weeks of severe pain I finally decided I had to bite the bullet and face my fear as I needed to get rid of the pain. Silver birches although being heavily booked up managed to provide me an appointment at very short notice. The dentist I saw, Phil, and his assistant who’s name I didn’t get were exceptional. Their easy going and friendly demeanour helped put me at ease and Phil went above and beyond in his work with a high level professionalism and thoroughly explained the options and permutations in very clear fashion. The experience has helped to alleviate some of the fear I have had for many years. 10 out of 10

This is an amazing dental centre. My child had an accident and needed an emergency appointment and we were from out of town. Other dentists turned us away but Silver Birches did everything they could to help us. Nothing was a problem. The receptionist made us feel so welcome and was so helpful in a very stressful situation. Highly recommendrecommend.
