Terrible company, don't monitor there cameras. Have been trying to contact them no one answers there phone. There voice mail tells me they are asleep.

This is an edited review a year after dealing with them. At first I was really happy overall, but they became impossible to reach when i needed a warranty replacement on a product. They never responded to emails over a period of 2-3 months. They seem to have 2 0800 numbers listed in different places which is strange, and one only connects to a voice recording.I was able to get my warranty replacement by reaching out to the manufacturer who put me in touch with the distributor, who then contacted Crosbies on my behalf. In the end the distributor sent me a replacement directly.

Extremely happy with Josh's customer service.. he was the only one who did on site inspection before providing the quote. He provided me the details up front, clarified all my questions, provided me with different options to choose. We got in contact with Crosbies to replace our stolen remote alarm. Not knowing that our alarm system was old and the company had closed down. Crosbies is helped us all the way from the start by recommending what needed to be replaced to even helping us explain it to our insurance company.
