I bought 3items around 1pm on 18th of Feb. The staff talked me that it was $10.99.When I checked my bank account, $11.27 was out from my account.Therefore I visited this shop on 19th to get an explanation about it.The staff(Ryuto) has explained that it was because of the paywave.However the staff(Kai) served me on 18th didn’t say anything about the cost of paywave.So I asked Ryuto and Mayumi(Manager) asked about the staff name who served me on 18th. They hesitated to give me the name of staff served me. It was quite annoyed and unpleasant experience with staffs(Kai, Ryuto and Mayumi).I really want to give no star, but there is no no-star button.

Really good. Amazing customer service- we left our eftpos card and they ran down the street to return it. Would definitely come back.

This Japanese store located on the main road of Newmarket. It's rather small, but has all the essentials. There are food available here. Daiso is mainly Japanese household goods and utensil. Japan Mart is good for good and grocery.

Very happy this opened in Newmarket. Lots of goodies and lots of space to move around. Staff is lovely and so helpful.

Not the biggest variety on goods but sufficent, candy/snacks is a tad overpriced as other places that sell identical is a bit cheaper, good store for their intentions
