I have always been a bit hesitant regarding choosing a realtor, As I envisionit as a long drawn out process, I chose Harcourts because of the profile they have in the community. I talked with Sam and Josh , They viewed the property. Told me their advert plans , and assured me it would sell as it was a property with a lot of pluses. I just left them to it. We have recently sold a home through Harcourts Ferrymead and Sam was the agent we used for this sale.
