Nicely landscaped functional modern units. Units are much more closely placed, compared with Ngiao Marsh in Christchurch,- not a lot of privacy and space here, but could be the unit I was visiting.

Excellent, management is so friendly and very helpful and provided honest information. I found many amazing friends among the residents. All are joyful and active. No chance to ever feel lonely!
