BestStart Oraha Road is a centre which provides beautiful care for all children. Our vibrant, energetic toddler is developing so well since he has started. His langauge, passion for learning and for life continues to grow. The teaching team are supportive, they listen to you and understand what is important for your child. They work alongside you as a parent to support your child's strengths and development. We are loving our experience at BestStart Oraha. My son started during strict COVID-19 settings, which was challenging at times, but the staff have gone above and beyond to embrace him in their care and assure me he is having a fantastic time. They regularly share photos and learning stories, and he is always smiling when I pick him up - so I know he's having a great time. The centre's communication regarding changes and restrictions due to COVID has always been excellent. It's clear the management and teachers really care about the children in their care and the whanau they are helping support.

BestStart Oraha Road is the best thing that happened for our kids and us in these first years of their lives. Incredible team, so kind and welcoming. Genuinely caring and professional. The best environment I could possibly hope to have for my kids.

My boy has been going here for almost 2 years and has loved every day, the staff are so friendly and tell you details of each day. Lots of feedback to and from the staff about all aspects.

I absolutely love all the wonderful staff here, every single person each morning has a bright friendly smile ready to great the children coming in. We have 2 children who currently attend and they always have the best days and truly love their teachers. Our daughter has attended Beststart for almost a year and absolutely loves it! All of teachers take a vested interest in the whole family & as a result have built a really great relationship with us & our little girl. Clear, regular communication, updates and information has been particularly helpful the last few months.This centre isn’t the closest to home for us but wouldn’t attend anywhere else & highly recommend it to anyone in the area who is looking for a warm, nurturing & loving space for their child to grow and learn.

Being new to Kumeu, we were sceptical of how our daughter would adjust to daycare and as a parent, it is also important to be assured that our child is in safe and good hands. The staff at BestStart Oraha Rd are extremely warm, friendly and loving. They made sure that our child settled well and enjoyed her time. The Explorer's staff display a genuine enthusiasm for their roles, and the impact that they have made on our daughter's life thus far is just wonderful. She is developing so well and we really do credit much of that to the staff at BestStart. They provide us with daily feedback of how our child has been and the different things she has explored during the day. The centre administrators always have a smile on their face and are so accomodating to us parents aswell, you will feel like home when you are at BestStart. They are understanding and kind hearted group of people. We feel blessed to have found a centre like BestStart.
