Probably one of the best TaeKwon-Do clubs in New Zealand. Extremely high quality and professional teaching, great community, and helpful and friendly members. The club suits and welcomes everyone from 6 to 80: children, teenagers, adults, families. So if you are after learning and practising a martial art, want to improve your fitness, and want to learn self defence, have a try and you will not regret it.

Always met with smiles and laughter, great group of like minded people. Great instructor whose always enthusiastic and guides you to where you need to be. Great for fitness, self discovery and self improvement. What more could you ask for.

Paul M Taekwon-Do is a professionally run organisation. My daughters attend classes each week and enjoy it immensely. The instructors and other members are caring and patient. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for martial art and sport to do with your family, nothing greater than to achieve together. Fun friendly environment that continues to give outside the do jang. Builds confidence, discipline , self control, respect all those things that are important and you make some life long friends. I took 23 years off and returned with my 4 year old daughter - its been an amazing 10 year journey so far.

It’s in our whanau experience that the educators work efficiently to ensure children & adults alike learn what they need to to surpass goals in the dojang & irl. Master McPhail is a great communicator & dedicated to his students. Amazing, definitely recommend!

Paul M Taekwon-Do.Is the best thing that has happened to my family.My wife and 3 children joined 2 weeks ago.Everyone there is so polite, friendly and caring.With a great team of instructors you couldn’t ask for more.They are very patient, organised and easy to understand.We have tried several different martial arts schools around our area but nothing comes close to Paul M Taekwon-do ( honestly it’s the best ).We are really blessed to have found Paul M Taekwon-do and you will to.

Absolutely great TKD club in Papakura for fitness, self-defence, self-discipline and self-improvement – many thanks to Master McPhail and Master Pellow. This club is awesome way to make new friends and connections. It is amazing place with a real family oriented feel. We are so lucky to have an opportunity to take a part in the TKD classes for all ages running by world class instructors!
