Awesome customer service. Rather than selling me a brandnew part, they were very happy to just replace the damaged bits on the old-ish part. So, I left with the repaired one and a brandnew one, couldn't be happier. This is my 3rd time back, and they never fail to satisfy their customers. My network are encouraged to visit here first. These guys are really awesome. Another mower repair place couldn't fix my 4 year old mower and advised me to buy a new one. These guys fixed it, it starts after one pull note, so I'm a very happy lady. Great customer service too!

These guys are super helpful and provide very friendly, knowledgeable service. They have even given me service advice over the phone saving me the drama of stopping work and having to drive to shop. In store they have a great selection of equipment too.

For several years these guys have assisted me with services & repairs, & its lovely to deal with the same faces over that time. My latest visit was to purchase a new mower, all of my needs & wishes were listened to & I left with a great deal and a mower that has been a dream to use. Keep up the excellent customer service guys, you are the BEST out WEST
