Service was very good. I wish one of the beautician knew that she needs to use deodorant as they are very close to clients. Also they should not discuss about colleague and internal issues in front of client (even in Hindi ) as it is not professional. Otherwise I would give a 5 star.

I’ve usually had only good experiences here but today was really not it. The wax that was used on my face was way to hot and burnt the skin on the side of my nose. I now have a burn and will probably have a burn scar later. Wont be going back anytime soon :/

Finally a place that has quality service. The ladies here are so friendly. I stopped trusting anyone to do my brows, my friend recommended this place, and so would I. Sometimes long wait, but its worth it. Customer care, and Quality of service. Those hidden down the alley are almost always the good ones.

One of the women here completely thinned out my eyebrows and now the hairs aren't even growing back. She completely ruined my eyebrows. Zena is very good and listens to what you want with care but I sadly hardly ever see her.

Sure for thick eyebrows. Even if the waiting period is long, its really worth it.. they are not expensive too. :)
