Dealt with them on and off for 20 years. Good with details. Systematic in approach, clear honest advice. May leave you waiting for service when busy or when having to wait for carpet manufacturer responses but better to wait and have everything right first time. May also lose track of requests over the busiest Christmas holiday period but no one is perfect, I don't give the fifth star easily.

Fantastic service from Crown Flooring Extra. Pravin is very knowledgeable and can explain all the pros and cons of different carpet types and his recommendation re: colour was spot on as well! We are very happy with our new carpet. The team worked so well with us through all the different stages starting from measurements through to installation. The installers also helped us with little things to make the experience so much better. Thank you, Pravin and the team!

Great service, fast and efficient. Our place was flooded, they came in quick time, gave estimate very quickly too for insurance process to start. Install was done in very efficient manner, with no disruptions to anyone in the house. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Crown Flooring Xtra New Lynn is a great, trustworthy company that will do a good job of your carpet. I dealt with Cher, and cannot recommend her highly enough. She put in a great deal of effort in making sure everything ran smoothly. Crown Flooring offers competitive prices, and have very competent employees to carry out the work. We are very pleased with the results.I would recommend belgotex carpet & the 130kg+ premium underfloor. We were originally planning on going with thinner, but are really glad we were convinced otherwise. The carpet settles after a few weeks, but it's still soft and feels great.

The advice in carpet selection was outstanding, the booking in process for the carpet laying was very efficient and the laying of the carpet was very professional. The carpet layers were quick, quiet and the quality of final job was fabulous. We highly recommend both the service and product we received.
