First contacted them in July of 2020, they took 3 YEARS! to do a rural subdivision for a house build, something I thought would be their bread and butter.In that time the build cost has gone up $155k, I can no longer afford the house I had got the subdivision for in the first place. Poor communication the entire time, and have never offered a proper explanation of why it took that long. If I could give 0 stars I would.
