NZ4U2U Caravan and Tiny home hire

Just brilliant, and highly highly recommended. The 4 berth caravan we hired for 4 adults was a good size and was equipped with everything we needed - kitchen products, towels, linen etc. The quality of the caravan was fantastic, given the new fleet.Excellent customer service - Terresa was super helpful in explaining everything we needed to know before we set off (we are first time caravan-ers!) and everything was straight forward once we were on the road. She was on hand a couple of times even during the Christmas / New Year period when we called with questions.The website doesn't do justice to the roominess and quality of their fleet - I had my question marks over the website (especially why caravans aren't more readily available for hire vs. campervans / motorhomes) - since it doesn't look and feel as nice" as other websites

Highly recommended - definitely exceeded my expectations! We were a group of 4 adults and we fit comfortably in one caravan (towed by a Toyota Hilux hired from Thrifty Commercial) for a 11 day roadtrip across South Island.The caravan was brand new and well equipped with shower, kitchenette, toilet, plenty of towels, blankets, cutlery and pots etc. We thought about getting a campervan but definitely happy with our choice as we could park the caravan in the campsites and then duck off to the shops/restaurants without having to worry about navigating an enormous campervan in a bustling Countdown parking lot.The caravan itself was a lot easier to manoeuvre than expected - and we covered quite a bit of ground all over the South Island. We were first time caravaners so needed to get used to the whole set up / pack up thing but it was straightforward and did not take very long at all.Would recommend hiring the bbq and fold out chairs and our only regret was not getting the awning. Theresa was very helpful, patient and responsive throughout - would definitely recommend NZ4U2U to friends!

Enjoyed our time in the caravan from NZ4U2U. The van (4 berth) was very modern and in very good condition.It was easy to tow behind our Mazda CX5.The only thing we didn't like was the contact less pickup and drop off, as we're old school and not used to using a tablet. Will be easier next time as we now know what to do.Would highly recommend hiring a caravan from NZ4U2U.Mike Dew

Teresa was great to deal with and would respond to my calls as soon as she could. We loved our caravan! It was clean, warm and very comfortable. The bed was most comfortable and we slept well. The instructions were really easy to follow.Thank you Teresa and Nigel, we had a fantastic holiday and would recommend you anytime.

We booked the 2 bedroom caravan in August to go on a trip to NY.The worst customer service, first we were told that the microwave is not working and if we want can cancel the caravan (interested in how the customer service thought we would have urs trip going ahead with no caravan?)After picking up the caravan everything looks ok till we arrive at the first campsite, the water bottle was leaking, the gas bottle had a faulty valve and we couldn't use any electricity or hot water (customers service slowly responded by text messages even not responding to phone calls, that we probably not connecting its correctly and if they will send technician but it's can take up to one day as he coming from Christchurch )But the worst part was when my daughter was locked in the toilet and she couldn't open the door as the handle was broken and she was terrified screaming, the customer service was saying that is not possible as they are checking the caravans before every trip.Just not RECOMMENDED!!!

The whole experience with NZ4U2U was fantastic overall. The whole booking, checking in and out , pick up and drop off being contactless all though quite new to us worked well. Help was on hand even when we struck the odd glitch with what we believed to be a fairly new system. The information provided about the Caravan hire is second to noun. If someone hadn’t ever used or towed a caravan prior too, everything was clearly shown in video format as well as in hard copy provided in the caravan.The Caravan hired was like brand new being less than a year old. It came with everything that we needed and the options to hire additional items like a BBQ. Camp seats etc . Also added to the whole camping experience for us. The type of Caravan supplied was very easy to tow and park up at our camp site making the whole process seamless.Overall we absolutely loved the whole experience and are grateful that this type of hire is available. For us also very cost effective for a 10 Day break away,We will definitely use NZ4U2U again and would highly recommend them to any one considering hiring a Caravan.Marc & Tracey

What a great operation, to put it simply, modern comfortable and easy to tow.We had the best family holiday yet and we were toasty warm in winter in tekapo.Can't wait to hire again next school holidays. We enjoyed 8 days away and the total holiday cost less than a holiday house would have on its own and this includes skiing!5 stars!

Fantastic Experience with NZ4U2U Luxury Caravan Hire... Was the perfect family holiday. We were able to travel around and stay in campgrounds but have all the modern benefits... The caravans are of first class new standard which made the experience great. Terresa is a pleasure to deal with and nothing was an issue during pickup or dropoff. The rates are very reasonable. Would definitely hire again!
