The experience with Auckland City Toyota - Mt Wellington was just that, Excellent! They are all very professional, extremely helpful and pleasant all around. Leo Miralles was my Salesman and he was such a gentleman who I couldn’t have enough words to express my gratitude. He helped me in completing the whole process within 2 days including test drive, paper works, service, rego , wof and so on....I also had the pleasure of meet the Business manager Bill who was kind and helpful to sort-out my finance asap. I love the fact that the process didn’t take up my whole day. Thank you everyone for your help to make our dreams come true.

Recently purchased a car from Toyota and was super impressed by the quality of service and friendliness of staff. I have also never had staff connect my phone and set my favourite radio stations in the past, so it was a treat. Will happily recommend them to family/friends.

Great customer service from Varun M who went out of his way to help me with my car when I got it serviced and warranted. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him and he even arranged to have car booked in again when he discovered a minor glitch with the Bluetooth. Very happy.

I bought my CHR from this store,all staffs are soo helpful but I was really pleased and thankful with the excellent service by Virginia and the Manager Mark ,they are absolutely wonderful,helped me throughout…calls emails and messagesI’m just so proud and happy with my purchase!!

WASTE OF MONEY. Wish I could get my money back.I took my Prius in for a Service plus, I was excited to see what they would say and get a report of what was checked, was I wrong.I got there early to drop off my car, I had organised the drop off a week before and got there at 7:30 am and was surprised how friendly Katie was, I had asked for a road test and was not told I had to go on the test with someone from the center. The foreman was told and I waited for 5 mins and no one came and I needed to get to work. I returned at 4:32 pm and told Sam I was happy to wait for my car as pick up was 4:45 pm, I was informed that the technician may have taken my car for a road test to check the oil change was fine. The fact the staff member did not know where my car was is just bad communication. Once it was over I got my keys at 5:06 pm and paid, I was told that there was a rattle in the column shaft maybe and they needed more time to check. They had left the road test to the end even though I asked for one in the email while setting up the service. I was also told that 2 hours of work" was not charged but I did not ask for work to be done. I was not told what they saw or any advice on the condition of the checks."

They locked up service yard gate until 07.30am.So customer should park cars on the narrow road which is quite dangerous. They should open gate for customers parki g inside the yard.Staff is not properly educated. The level of serv8ce is dropped sign8f8cantly.They

Booked in my Toyota for a warranty service. First time coming to Toyota Mount Wellington instead of Manukau as I’ve just moved into the area.$925 service and they still wanted to charge me $25 for a “courtesy vehicle” (can’t really call it that when it’s not free).Cancelled my service booking - back to Manukau I go and will stay there going forward for my 2 Toyota vehicles.

Well we turned up to This Dealership last Saturday we had never been here before our sales person introduced to us was Daruis we looked around at Rav 4s asked alot of mechanical hybrid Synergy Drivetrain Questions all Answered with Belief but the Price was still more than we were Prepared to pay as we viewed a Rav 4 online but it was not at that branch we didn't mind that as we were going to look at another branch as Darius did a internet search and found the car we Previously viewed online and it was still available as they move cars here very Quickly then Daruis said don't drive I will take you in my car that was wow and from then Darius drove to Greenlane toyota they bought out the car for us and an umbrella for my wife fauziyah as it was Raining and then we met the whole Greenlane toyota team before viewing the vehicle we asked alot more detailed questions they were all answered Professionally As this car was alot of money Discounted down but still so we signed documents there we didn't know all the safety features buttons dash display icons and New sat nav Gps Daruis explained everything in detail and set that all up for us including the Prevous mt wellington branch address we were at So we then easily drove that car back to the mt wellington Dealership there we met Mark another absolute Professional in my book he tailored a finance package and the terms plus paint Protection it was well worth it and in the end we bought the toyota insurance though Mark because of his Belief and understanding of the products and options as he explained everything Honesty and ethically upfront fast forward to 29/04/23 today we took Delivery of our new vehicle with a Bottle of wine in the vehicle all we can say is Daruis Previous Personal car was a Toyota he Believes in the Product that's why he backing the Brand he So Passionate about . So throughout this whole Process Mark's communication and Daruis as well with us has been Faultless So yes we fully Recommend two Branches now Greenlane toyota as they helped us too in this Process Of finding the Right Vehicle for us and Mount wellington Toyota Heartfelt thanks from Mark Fauziyah and Zarah

The service Department exemplify the word Service, they go out of their way to ensure everything is OK and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have been a client for a few years and met a lot of different staff but the service is consistently excellent.

Recently visited for my service booking. The staff was unprofessional, gave me wrong advice when asked about loan car which initially he declined that we don't give loan car when your vehicle is getting serviced. Every question I asked was basically turned away in some way. Requested spare parts quotation which till date I'm waiting for the email. Disappointed from service reception desk.
