Comfortable seating. Enjoyable experience when you haven't visited for sometime and there are no children present.

Great service just lacked in th up keep and out of dated look of the place, could really do with a touch of paint and some new toilets to bring the decore back up to date. Great seats however you really notice which seats get used the most.

Came to see evening movie Avatar in cinema 3. Little to no air-conditioning and stinking hot. Stood at the back wall with doors open to get air flow. left theatre twice to cool down ... as did many others.Don't go on hot days.

Rotoruas cinema could definitely do with a face lift plus the snacks are ridiculously expensive. They make you “choose” your seat but when you go to sit in it someone else is there and won’t move because apparently someone else is in there’s. This place needs some TLC.

Is this 1983 or 2023? Stay home save your money, your big screen has better quality picture!

Got to watch the Jesus Revelutuon movie. Seating is really comfortable, excellent service by staff. Keep up th great work team !

Knowingly sold tickets at full price for a cinema room where the screen was dim and out of focus. Had to squint to make out the faces of characters and when the scenes were dark, I was barely able to see anything happening.You pay with your hard earned cash for parking, tickets, stale popcorn from the day before, soggy straws and you'd think the least they could do is ensure the best possible cinematic experience.No ushers supervising cinemas as a group of kids sneak in half way through after their film was finished blaring their phone lights to find empty seats taking flashlight selfies. It seems closing the doors before and opening them after a movie is a job left up to patrons these days.I'm disappointed in the lack of quality control. It's unfortunate, being the only cinema in Rotorua that you feel it's okay to have low standards just because you have no competition. It shows with the lack of atmosphere in the lobby how much you actually care about your patrons experience.

Good fast service, staff were nice worked well under pressure as it was busy, place starting to look a little run down though, good pricing would recommend buying ticket online, quicker and easier
