Gemma is amazing! I am constantly pushing myself to near breaking and Gemma manages to fix me up everytime and before I make things worse. I've had rotator cuff injuries, knee injuries and a back injury and due to treatment by Gemma have managed full recovery without steroids and surgery. Worth her weight in gold!
