Had a great experience with the team shopping for an engagement ring. Jess was outstanding all the way through with her service and passion for the job. Brought my fiancee her engagement ring with this branch.Whilst trying to make my decision I was assisted by Jessica, and I can give nothing but praise for her excellent skill in finding exactly what I wanted with very little to go by. She was very patient and understanding and made sure that I was well looked after from start to finish, even going the extra mile to deliver the ring personally to Otorohanga when the size I was after was not in store.Great branch and excellent staff quality of service

Vesna at the Bayfair Walker and hall store has been terrifically helpful in assisting me to create a ring I can treasure. I wanted something really special to mark the recent passing of my mother and the seven years we spent together at the end of her life. Vesna heard exactly what I was after and kept having more stones sent to the Bayfair shop until we had exactly the right stone, the right setting, the right shape, size and even price. I have never had such good customer service from anyone before.

Very impressed by the Walker and Hall team especially Sumit at the Bayfair Store.My partner and I have been looking for the perfect engagement ring for quite some time, and Sumit made the whole experience seamless and special.We tried on all different sizes and colours of rings, and Sumit ended up getting in a couple of different styles to try.We ended up purchasing my dream engagement ring together, and were very impressed by Sumit and the time and effort he put into my partner and I to ensure we had the best possible experience :)
