$8 per person, cash only. Beautiful place, where to set up your tent. Grass was nicely soft for sleeping in tent. Possible to wash dishes too. Clean toilets, warm shower for $2. In chill room" you can also charge your phone. Good spot where to enjoy sunset and sunrise."

We camped here one night and got a super unlucky experience. I left my key in the trunk. The owner came and helped us the whole time we were there. Everyone is super nice and friendly, really helpful. We can’t express how much we love this place and want to come back ❤️.The morning view is something you don’t want to miss.Shower is clean, very cheap $2 for a hot shower. The sinks are available for cooking and cleaning. Also there is power.The best thing here is traveling to Hobbiton is so closed.Highly recommended

Stayed with my extended families in 4 motorhomes for a night on 22 Jun 2023. Love the warm welcome, and the great view to stay for a night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.....will definitely recommend to others.

The views are very nice and the bathrooms were clean. Absolutely do not come to the property before 4 P.M. We arrived at 3:45 P.M. to a very nasty old man with a big mouth yapping about us being 15 minutes early. (Real farmer Maggot vibes). Kind of soured me on the stay but maybe it's the real shire experience? :PAll the best.

Excellent value for money. A kind of a freedom camping with hot shower and clean toilet. 8$ per person and very close to the Hobbiton Movie set.

Such a shame. We booked on the phone and spoke to a very friendly man who didn’t mention a check in time. We arrived on the day at 3:30 and we were very rudely told by a lady to leave the property because they opened at 4. She was so unfriendly we decided to stay else where. Our first bad campsite experience on our trip!

Simple, but clean and functional campground with extremely nice caretakers! Very close to the hobbits and great view of the countryside.

Beautiful place for freedom camping. They offer hot showers for 2$ a person. There is a dish washing sink and drinkable water refill there as well. Very close to Hobbiton. Limited number of spots so get there right at check in if you can.

Great place to pull up if going to the Hobbiton movie tours. Really welcoming and kind host. You pull up around the back of the property and have a gorgeous view over the rolling hills in the area. $2 for a 5 minute hot shower and there is a free cold water shower outside which overlooks the beautiful view. Great for those in campers. Toilets and showers are clean and have ports to charge your phones or tech. Really affordable and better than any DOC site.

Amazing view, especially from nice set of chairs set up for that purpose. Very nice managers. Recommend tenting under the tree after second water station, have own little bench
