After looking for ages I finally found the perfect round rattan coffee table with a solid top at a reasonable price. The order, payment and delivery process was so simple and we love the result. While the furniture quality and aesthetics at McKenzie and Willis are both outstanding, what really sets them apart from the other outlets is their service. We bought an apartment and had to fully furnish it, and Bev was absolutely outstanding with the back and forth offering suggestions, advice, and quotes for a variety of options to suit our space, without the pressure to buy immediately. She (and their awesome delivery team) were very patient and accommodating after two failed attempts to get sofas in the lift and stairs (the joys of apartment living!). Their service was lightyears ahead of the other vendors we purchased from.While most retailers would forget about you as soon as you made a payment, Bev has been outstanding supporting us with maintenance tips and more - she even went out of her way to deliver cleaning products to us for our outdoor furniture to save us a trip to Thorndon Quay as she happened to be in the area that arvo!Truly five star service (and we love the furniture too!).

I bought SEALY ELEVATE SHAPPIRE PLUSH BED by online. I worried about the quality because I haven't tried in off-line store of Mckenzie&Willis. But it was so excellent quality and good price. I went many furniture stores in hamilton to buy SEALY ELEVATE, and the quality is slightly different depending on the stores even it is the same grade. I really recommend Mckenzie&Willis store !!!!

I recently bought various pieces of furniture at McKenzie & Willis for our new house. I love the quality, style, uniqueness and variety on offer in this store. They had the furniture available now which we needed. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and they were happy to hold the furniture until we could move into the house. Delivery was excellent and the furniture well protected. I’ll definitely shop here again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent store with good quality furnishings and a knowledgeable and friendly staff.We have been impressed by their willingness to pursue options and find solutions to tricky design issues. I like their services! The interior design consultant Sophia provide great help with fair suggestion and nice sense on colour and material selection that match with my rooms and furniture very well. The installer Peter installed the sheer with perfect adjustment and nice tidy finish. I am very happy with what I purchased, they are just what I exactly wanted!
