Good efficient service and very helpful and friendly staff

Excellent, excellent people to deal with. Called on Friday 1st May 2020 (secretly hoping they were) to see if they were open for binding service and hopefully some carpet they have on special. I spoke with Jenny who is lovely and who gave me their COVID-19 contactless details over phone and confirmed by email. I confirmed drop-off for Monday, looking good so far. The Roses Carpets team have an easy to follow process in place; you can bring you car up to the warehouse door and safely back up just before the barrier rope to what I call the 'I'm over here safe zone' and 'you're over there safe zone. I don't know if you are really allowed to do that, you'll need to confirm with the team - I did it on the pick-up due to the expected weight of the carpet and I'm in a bubble of one. Or park in front of their store and walk 6 odd steps to the drop-off zone. They have a sign-in system outside the barrier rope to record your details, and there is a big bottle of sanitiser there too. You drop off your carpet, all contactless and with the 2 metre-physical distancing - this worked extremely well. I was fortunate to meet Jeff and a young man who took my carpet pieces for binding and showed me (via laid on top of recycle bin - I pick up and repeat in kind) carpet swatches for my garage and the special Seville carpet which I also wanted. Priced right on the spot, no mucking around, I like that. Paid online when I got into the car, (they pass over a deposit slip with their bank details via recycle bin). I knew what I wanted and was very happy with my purchase. Picked up today (Tuesday) 24 hour turnaround. And boy am I happy with the binding and additional carpet. Great job, professional service, of course and friendly people. I'm so glad I rang them. My home now has that extra added warm homely touch. They open 9.00am and close about 1.00pm at the moment. I have just got carpet from here and was very impressed with the service! They were very helpful in working out measurements and helping me stay within my budget. I was getting mats done and they actually have an on-site binding and fringing service which makes it a lot easier. The prices are very reasonable and the carpet is good quality, with quite a large range to choose from. They have off cuts and factory seconds in stock if you are on a tight budget. They also sell stain remover and underlay. I definitely recommend this place!

Rang Jeff ge was amazing.. re carpeting my stairs . Gave a,quote over phone. Arrived the next day chose carpet ... booked in to lay a few days later... Peter the carpet layer was quick and efficient... the cost was very reasonable all through.. Top blokes top service... And best of all stress free...

Excellent customer service so far! I popped in and Greg was super helpful, getting samples together and a list of carpet layers - wonderful. They've been in the business for decades and have perfected the art of customer service. We are really looking forward to getting new carpet and thanks Roses for making the process easy so far.

Such awesome service. I drove down from Kaikoura and the lovely staff at Roses binded my mats whilst i waited, soo cool. Half an hour and they were done. I can't reccomend Roses Carpets enough, excellent customer service✅
