I was reading Jed Zhangs review and I couldn't agree more on he's review. What is suppose to be a quick sale turned sour especially dealing with Caroline. I had a huge work load and was looking at getting a Herman Miller chair urgently which she told me they had plenty at the warehouse and should arrive in a few days. The chair didn't even arrive at their showroom 2 weeks later and when I called up she had this attitude! I ended up calling up Unison Workspaces for the chair and was already available waiting for me to pick up literally the next following day. Apparently Jed's review had 7 likes and considering the prices of their stuff that is a good amount of sales lost including mine.

They have the best authentic design furniture collections in Auckland, possibly in New Zealand. However, the service I experienced is quite far from the best". I was browsing and wanting to buy a Herman Miller office chair which was relocated at the first floor. I asked the price of the leather herman miller eames office chair at the GF. The staff Caroline told me "it is expensive" rather telling me the price of the chair with a very arrogant attitude. Then I asked the price of a book shelf
