I called wanting help with obtaining a parenting order after being assaulted by my partner infront of my toddler. The woman I got transferred to was incredibly rude, didnt listen and spoke over me, took my details and noone has bothered to get back to me.This phone call was incredibly hard for me to make and to be quite honest it has put me off seeking help all together. Do better.
