Leabank Dental

The ladies here were awesome with their customer services but the follow up after was useless if I could rate a zero star I would. My partner went in to get her wisdom tooth pulled she was fine for that day but the days after she was in so much pain we kept ringing them to see what's going on but they were no help and ended up saying we need to go to hospital. My partner had to have surgery and this was 10 days after her extraction we tried asking them to help but to no success so I'm sorry would not recommend in all honesty we want our money back it cost us $550 and for what my partner to end up in hospital later I will be back to sort this.

Went to my appointment today and I was amazed and so happy with the service from both the ladies working there. They were super friendly over the phone and have such a gentle nature in person. Also just so informative as to what was going on in my mouth haven't been to a dentist in 16years so yeah was pretty nervous. Cute little setup as well all the rooms are so hygenically clean and just a nice private clinic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you book an appointment with them. Won't be disappointed. Such wonderful staff. An excellent reception and customer service was experienced at this center. The dentist was very caring and empathetic. Step by step hygiene care guidance was given as I was in a workshop. This service will be very ideal for schools. Highly recommended.

Bless Leabank dental staff for such wonderful service. Been there four times already and all staff I've seen have very kind manner, use to be scared going dentist but they make me feel so comfortable and safe every time. Reena Raj is so polite and friendly she explains everything to me so well. Never had a problem here, full star for this place
