I had a great experience dealing with Pure Vitality. There was originally a mix up with my order and I got sent the wrong thing.I called and the owner was so kind and apologetic. She told me to keep the incorrect product and that she would send me out the correct one. I only ordered two bottles and she sent me 3 to make up for the inconvenience. A beautiful manner and lovely to deal with. I received the correct order the very next day.
