The PBT Group - Tauranga

By far the worst shipping company in NZ! Has taken them over 1 month to deliver my parcel from Auckland to Tauranga and still nothing has been delivered after countless of promises they would “deliver today”. Tried calling them to sort out the situation and receptionist hung up on me. Absolute disgrace. Stay well away from this depot!!!

Honestly the worst delivery service I've ever had to use. Had been told multiple times my parcel will be delivered the next day, for weeks now and not following through. The drivers just throw our parcels to the top of our step instead of just walking up because of two harmless cats laying there. I unfortunately have to use pbt for receiving my work orders and its honestly even worse, takes them over a month to pick up my returns, boxes arrive damaged, never getting my complete order, only receiving half or less. The state of their van is terrible, everything has all just been thrown in, not tidily stacked at all. I'm honestly surprised they are still in business based on their terrible service, since they dont plan to do anything to improve. Never am I going to choose to use pbt when I have the choice

Picked up on the 31 marchTold it was with delivery driver yesterday morning 4 april10am 5 April no sign or answers to yesterday's emailAnd it is only a Hamilton to Tauranga business address.I am informing the business I deal with that I will not be using them any more if they continue to use Peter Baker Transport to send my parcels

PBT don't know how they are still on business, been waiting 12 days for parcel to be delivered. Have rang them should of been delivered yesterday they are now saying today, will just have to wait and see.

Absolutely terrible service from this company I ordered a part from a company in Tauranga to be delivered to Rotorua It went over night to Hamilton and sat in the Hamilton depot for 5 days Their explanation was the package was having a holiday in HamiltonMy wife ordered an item from a company in Auckland to be delivered to Papamoa It travelled over night to Tauranga and has been sitting in the Tauranga depot for a week Still no explanation or delivery

So I have just had a parcel delivered and the driver ran over my business sign.obviously appalling drivers and the parcel would have been left in mail box over night if someone hadn’t alerted me that the driver had just driven over my business sign!6 days later courier driver did come and pay in full for business sign to be replaced, and I appreciate that and hope he is more careful in the futureWhen I get my parcels delivered to my door I will increase the star rating, parcels at 4.30pm with no notice will get stolen , street view camera Installed to keep an eye on couriers!!

Poor delivery left carton at the gate NOT the first time and it got wetNot a good service

I had to get a parcel recently from this company and their service was amazing.I needed to get my parcel before heading overseas. The girls were so helpful over the phone and very helpful at the office. 10/10

Any company that ships with PBT clearly does not care about their customers. PBT is the WORST courier company ever. I’d rather hire someone to walk my package from one side of the country to the other (it would probably be faster). Recently they have 1) damaged the order rendering it unusable 2) lost a package by delivering it to ‘Ivan’ and then trying to use that as proof of delivery (is my name Ivan?) 3) the replacement package for the product they damaged has been sitting in the depot down the road for over a week and when I ring they say they don’t know why and promise deliver the next day. But it never arrives. Starting to think they damaged it again.Don’t use PBT!
