Super Fast Delivery - Even in Lockdown Level 3!Ordered and paid for at Noon today, to be delivered later in the week, got a phone call from friendly staff to see if we'd like it delivered today!It was delivered by 1.30pm - so fast!The wood is super super dry, as promised, and a decent amount to get us through winterThanks!

Although great service and delivery I have become fairly disappointed with my first order of shed stored pine from Ablaze. A few pieces are unlikely to be burnable until 2024, and most of it will only be good for 2023. Means I have to pick through the wood to find dry burnable stuff. Even when I split some of the smaller bits, you can see how wet it is. It has definitely made me considering getting a moisture meter in the future so I can just reject loads when they are delivered.

Bought a scoop of pine today & found it was about 1/3 less than when I have bought before when the premises was in Thorndon Quay. The bucket didn’t look full when the chap brought it to the car. So my suspicions was definitely confirmed when I unloaded at home. Also the chap simply dropped the wood on ground behind the car and went off (the boot was open). Usually it used to be emptied directly into the boot. I had to pick it up from the ground & put into the boot. Very disappointing experience.

Picked up beautful dark compost filled with happy worms which is always a good sign, staff helpful and efficient and best of all the garden looks instantly tidy as well as knowing we are nourishing the plants. Easy large yard to manage with trailer and easy access onto and off motorway makes this a very easy place to shop.

I buy soil for my garden and pots. Organic and without weeds. For me is the best. Always helpful. They also have stones wood chips and more.

I ordered 2 x cubic meters of wood thinking it was ready to burn but it arrived wet and covered in mud. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered macrocapa and was initially happy with service. Later discovered it was wet (we paid for dry) up to 40% on a moisture meter.We got offered 1 cube of shed stored pine which also turned out to be wet and mouldy.Was initially pleased with serviceBut got stuck with no dry wood to burn so wouldn't go back unfortunately as product is not as it should be

So stoked with this company! Have used them three times now, first time we went and picked wood up. Second time ordered online afterhours and it arrived the following afternoon exactly as per the directions. And today I phone in at 10 am to order and they arrived at 11am..crazy fast I'm so impressed! I wasnt expecting we would get it until after the weekend considering the late notice. The drivers are great, as is the customer service. All times the wood has been dry and ready to burn, great quality and really happy with the price. Especially worth it with the delivery. will keep ordering from these guys, well done thanks so much team!
