These guys are amazing! especially Mark. I had some boots damaged by the other repairer in the Mall who refused to take responsibility. I was approached by the owners of Minuteman who offered to put the boots right for me out of their own pocket!!! Mark did an amazing job, the boots are like new and have totally restored my faith in human nature! This is the ONLY repair shop you should be using in the Mall. Amazing customer service and care - Thanks Minuteman - new customer for life! :)

This shoe repair guy is amazing - the soles of my favourite ankle boots were literally disintergrating but because they'd been so expensive I asked if they could be repaired. He was a little doubtful but said he would give it a go - wow, they are like new again (and he also cleaned them). I said there was no hurry, but had a txt within 3 days to say they were ready. Excellent job, excellent service, highly recommend this business.

Came here to repair a leather bag - some stitching, zips and clasps. They did a great job at about half the price I was expecting, communicated well, finished early, and even did a bit of extra work. Can't recommend enough.

I went into the Bayfair shop in the hope of finding a trophy for a tournament tomorrow and was going to bring it back another day for engraving, as busy as the gentlemen was he said he would do his best and to my surprise 45 minutes later I got a text to say exactly that.
