Bought window wipers so I could get a wof. Pleased they could install for $9 xtra. Had thought I could DIY, but after watching him realise I would've stuffed it up. Excellent service. Thank you.

Sue at the Porirua branch is an absolute Gem! Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Give this lovely lady a pay rise because she deserves it. She understands what customer service looks like and goes the extra mile, I always walk out of there with a smile when I’ve been served by her. On ya Sue!

Very unwelcoming, not sure about product availability.

A humiliating experience for me today at the Porirua branch. After leaving Supercheap which offered a warm, professional and friendly service I strolled over Repco for a browse. When leaving the shop I hear “excuse me sir” “yes you!” An over zealous young man needed to check my bag under suspicion of shoplifting. I’m a successful 53 year old business owner and have no idea why I was singled out. Surely this degrading experience could be avoided by making sure staff actually witness someone stealing before any accusations of criminal behaviour. The contrast and professionalism of the supercheap service compared to Repco is immense! I’ve never had to post a bad review ever but I found the behaviour from this young man to be offensive. Thanks Repco but I’ll be sticking with the competition from now on.

Just had a very unpleasant experience with a woman attendant (said she was the assistant manager). I took back a faulty part that was purchased 5 days ago and she put up every obstacle possible to be totally unhelpful. I have been shopping at Repco Porirua for 30+ years, but never again - all over a $40.00 part. I will be doing my automotive shopping at SuperCheap Porirua from now on.23/12/20The Repco manager has responded to my complaint in a timely and constructive manner. I satisfied he has taken appropriate action and I am happy the situation has been resolved
