Awesome new store, modern fit out, similar to the newish ones in Australia. Staff are friendly and proactively offer to help. A large site for all your needs. Ample parking spaces in front of mall entrance or basement of the mall. The new JB store interior does makes others in the vacinity looks old and out dated (Noel Leeming, Heathcotes, Harvey Norman). Recomended for a visit, you will be impressed.

New store in Hamilton, the one in the city was closed for good. Had a positive experience with the store in the city before, would definitely come back for more products.

AVOID! They don't honor warranties even under TGA. Terrible service and arrogant management. Apparently JB-HIFI believe 2.5years is a good/acceptable length of time for a PS4 to last.
