$44 in credit, had cat dental done which cost $220, have had an account for years always pay on time but today I was expected to pay $180 in full. I had no idea that I'm not allowed to use my account anymore. No one said anything, no letters in the post. Hope they have let their other clients know about this change. Walked out without buying my dog food, very unprofessional and rude, have also had them refuse to treat an animal as I owed $30, just wanted to neuter a feral cat, thanks for helping with that. Not! Why is there no duty of care, if you're not in the hunterville click then dont bother.

I cannot recommend Hunterville Vet Club more. The great advice and support given to us, as we have learnt to keep healthy stock on our lifestyle property has been really appreciated. Price's are reasonable and the staff are alway's friendly and helpful.
