The chap at the florist, with whom I spoke, was absolutely brilliant. I was ordering a gift basket and flowers for a family member whose husband was having triple bypass surgery, that afternoon. Thus, a tad anxious.The florist chap's customer service acumen is impeccable. His grace and patience, equally so! I highly recommend Best of the Bunch Florist in Wellington. Cheers

Wow.Best of the Bunch were just second to none is how efficiently, clearly they worked with me. Easy order and very professional and friendly staffs, covered the plastic bags on rainy delivery day. Adviced the right colour of balloons, very elegant flower basket and amazing birthday card with wonderful handwriting and cute rabbit. My friend enjoyed her birthday so much cuz of your help.
