The best ice cream I had in Wellington. Prices are very reasonable. Since the place was crowded we did take away the ice creams. Lots of options are there, so then you can pickup as you desire. We went for the cone option. It was starting from $7 1-2 flavors.We went with fresh minty chip and white chocolate pomegranate, I would say the most delicious..Staff is friendly and serving quickly. Place is well maintained and clean. The pink atmosphere is really nice and gives an ice cream coziness and vibe..

Duck Island Ice Cream
The ice cream here is so good... hard to put into words.With flavours like 'white chocolate, macadamia and pomegranate', 'lolly cake' and 'blueberry buttermilk + gooey buttercake' the hardest decision will be how many scoops to get.Prices are very reasonable as the ice cream is of the highest quality. They must use the most premium of everything.The shop is small and there is always a queue but that must be a good thing...

I tot the Salted Caramel flavour was good enough salty and sweet. I loved it. But prefer creamier ice cream I reckon. It was still good though.

Duck Island Ice Cream
A wide range of intriguing delicious ice cream flavour on offer, in a variety of sizes. We went for the salted caramel sesame peanut butter chocolate number which was incredibly unique but so tasty! Get yourself down here for an afternoon snack or to follow up with a sweet after dinner at a local eatery!

Duck Island Ice Cream
I was in Wellington for four days last week and each and every day I went to Duck Island after discovering it on the first day. The flavours are outstanding, the creaminess of the ice cream is dreamy and the staff so incredibly lovely even when busy. The peanut butter and feijoa lime were my favourites, but honestly everything I tried was amazing. I tried some ice cream from around the corner but it was nowhere as good, so ice cream aficionado's need to come straight here. Thank goodness the shop is located a three hour plane trip from Sydney otherwise I'd be needing bigger clothes within a month.

Duck Island Ice Cream
I have been regular to duck island on weekly basis. But, I am sad to say that for the amount I pay $9.50 for double scoop (3flavors) . It's definitely not worth. Even the whole tub of DI in countdown is less .I asked the lady why is the quantity very less. She was so rude saying the scoop size differs.Should definitely think about going again.

Duck Island Ice Cream
Adorable spot with delicious ice cream and unique combinations. Even the cone itself was delicious! I tried the fairy bread and chocolate fudge and both were really good.
